1959 Sheila’s Journey 2020
Sheila A. Vivians, also known as, “Ms. V” was born to the proud parents of Jimmie Lee and Betty Jean (Coffee) Vivians on November 28, 1959 in Chicago, Illinois.
Sheila was educated in the Chicago Public Schools System, attending William T. Sherman Elementary School and graduated high school from Edward Tilden Career Community Academy.
In 1989, Sheila began volunteering at Charles Henderson Elementary School. After obtaining her Bachelor’s Degree in Board of Governors, Sheila became a Teacher’s Assistant and worked in that capacity until her retirement in 2017.
Sheila loved her family. Sheila always kept in touch with everybody. Sheila loved her beer and Sheila loved talking her “stuff”…!

Sheila A. Vivians fell asleep in death on Monday, November 2, 2020 at 5:30 p.m. in the care of the Intensive Care Staff of Banner-University Medical Center of Phoenix, Arizona.
Sheila was preceded in death by her parents, Jimmie Lee and Betty Jean (Coffee) Vivians and her brother, Jimmie Vivians, Jr.
“Momma V” leaves to celebrate her life, her children, Anthony (Denise), Sheena (Mychiel) Fair and William; fourteen (14) grandchildren, Precious, Anthony, Jr., Tierra, De’leon, Marshawn, Kamaria, T’nyiah, Kavion, Diamond, Asia, Mychiel, Jr., Mycheena, Mychielle and Mychah; two (2) special grandchildren, Jermaine and Kayla; one great-grandson, Isaiah; one special great-granddaughter, Na’Bree; siblings, Diane, Dennis and Michael and a host of uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces/great-nieces, nephews/great-nephews, other family and friends.
