Casey Roby, 52, was born on December 6, 1968 in Chicago, Illinois to proud parents, Annie Roby and the late Georgette Roby.
Casey was educated in the Chicago Public Schools System attending John P. Altgeld Elementary and William R. Harper High School. Casey was a member of First Community Baptist Church.
Casey was employed with Sears Roebuck and Company, the Tootsie Roll Company, John’s Auto Shop and later in life he worked as a highly skilled electrician in the community.
Casey fell asleep in death on Tuesday, November 23, 2021 at 3:57 a.m. in the care of the medical staff of the Foster G. McGaw Hospital of Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood, Illinois.
Casey was preceded in death by his father, Georgette Roby; and one brother, Wade Collins;.
Casey’s love and memories will forever be cherished by his daughter, Brittany Hunter of Tampa, Florida; two (2) sons, Willie Jarvis Hunter of Tampa Florida and Lasabrion Lee of Cincinnati, Ohio: six grandchildren, Amiyah, Autumn, Reginald, Jr., Koi Seay of Tampa, Florida, Layleyara Lee, Davion Sprawl, Dailaya Lee of Cincinnati, Ohio: his mother, Annie Roby of Chicago, Illinois: seven (7) siblings, Joseph Roby of Chicago, Illinois, Delois Allen of Arlington Heights, Illinois, Glenn (Juleta) Roby of Spring Hill, Tennessee, George Roby of Chicago, Illinois, Stephanie Roby-Mattox (Cedric) of Athens, Georgia, Patrick Roby of Chicago, Illinois, Yvette Roby-McCray (Robert) of San Antonio, Texas, and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Casey will truly be missed!
